• Premium features including AI-powered insights and reports

User Accounts

To use certain features of TendMe, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use TendMe. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Premium Subscriptions

TendMe offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Monthly: Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
• Yearly: Billed annually, auto-renews until cancelled
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent access

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Share your account with others or sell access
• Abuse AI features or attempt to extract training data

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TendMe—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—are the exclusive property of TendMe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TendMe and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Personal injury or health issues
• Interruption of service
• Any damages arising from your use of the app

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TendMe at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
